  • The daily dispatch details, sales of briquettes and payment reminders are the basic features included in the software.
  • The daily administration cost and the hidden cost which a Manufacturer neglects to include in processing cost are also included in the software to create awareness about the importance of admin cost on Briquettes rate.

LABORATORY SET-UP & TRAINING

In-house laboratory for each Briquette Manufacturing unit.

    • To analyze the moisture and ash content of received raw material.
    • To test the quality of Briquettes for every batch of raw material and before dispatch to the consumer.  
    • To train the laboratory operator for quality analysis of raw material and briquettes.   
    • To aware the Briquette manufacturer for the importance of quality parameters like:
      • Calorific value (CV)
      • Ash content
      • Moisture content
    • The CV, Ash & Moisture decides the rate of Briquettes. The practice of submitting test report of Briquettes along with delivery challan of Briquette vehicles will surely improve the assured of Briquette manufacturers in consumer companies.  

                

LABOR WELFARE & TRAINING

– Workshops and training (half yearly) on machine operations and maintenance to selected ITI Qualified labor.
– Campus placement of ITI Fitter & Welder for Machine Operations
– Industrial apprenticeships(six months)and tour to new operators.

BRIQUETTES DEVELOPMENT

  • Briquettes production from a variety of Biomass.
  • To develop various combinations of raw material to increase the calorific value of Briquettes and control the Ash and moisture content.
  • To develop briquettes as per the design of Boiler and feeding system.
  • The up-gradation in technology for production of Briquettes, controlling and maintaining the quality of Briquettes.
  • The introduction of new technology for reducing the power consumption in producing briquettes.
  • Inquiries of Briquette Consumers directly on the web portal of Association.
  • Membership cards and Top-up cards to all Members with Barcode.
  • Order booking using the barcode of Top-up and Membership ID.
  • Spontaneous marketing and order booking of briquettes using Association network with good rates.
  • Rate cutting and competition will be under control by using Association network.
  • Quantity Backup and Quality guarantee by Association on behalf of all members to complete the order in time with Quality.
  • Submission of Quality Assurance Certificate by all Members to Association for covering Backup and Guarantee.
